Stax Dream Trip Sweepstakes. Official Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase or a Founding Member subscription will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor.
STAX App LLC, Sunrise, Florida (“Stax”).
2. Who can enter.
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is not open to residents of the State of New York. You need an iPhone with the Stax app installed to enter. Employees, contractors, and interns of Stax and members of their households are not eligible.
3. When.
The sweepstakes opens Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and closes Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to enter.
Three steps, all free. Download Stax from the App Store. Create a Stack for the trip you want to take. Share your Stack link to dream@stax.cash from any email registered on your Stax account. You will get a reply confirming your entry. One free entry per person, no matter how many Stacks you create. Joining as a Founding Member or buying anything does not add entries.
5. Bonus entries.
Open Stax, tap Invite Friends, and send your referral link and code to friends. Every friend who installs Stax through your link and creates their own Stack before the close date earns you one more entry, up to ten. To count, your friend must enter your referral code when they sign up in the Stax app and create a Stack while the sweepstakes is open. Signups before September 23, 2026 do not count. Friends must meet the eligibility rules in section 2. Stax counts these automatically. Your friend does not need to buy anything for the entry to count. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or referrals from the same device are removed and may disqualify the entry.
6. Referral rewards are separate.
Stax's standing referral program pays $5 in rewards to you and $5 to your friend if your friend signs up for an annual plan. That program runs on its own terms and has no effect on sweepstakes entries or odds.
7. Prize.
One winner receives $500, contributed directly to the winner's Stack through the app. Stax never holds your money, so the $500 lands in the bank account you have connected to that Stack. The winner must connect a bank account to their Stack within five days of confirming eligibility. If the winner is found ineligible, or has not confirmed eligibility and connected a bank account within 14 days of the notification email, Stax will select a replacement winner using the same random drawing. Up to 3 replacement winners may be selected. If none qualifies, the prize is forfeited. Approximate retail value $500. No substitution or cash alternative except at Stax's discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes. If your total payouts from Stax in a calendar year, including referral rewards and any other payouts, exceed $600, Stax will issue a Form 1099. You are responsible for any tax liability.
8. Drawing.
On or about Thursday, October 22, 2026, Stax will pick one winner at random from all valid entries, weighted by entries earned. Each entry is one chance in the drawing. A person with 4 entries has 4 chances out of the total entry pool. Base entries and bonus entries carry equal weight. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
9. Winner notification.
We will email the winner at the address on their Stax account. The winner has five days to respond and, if asked, to confirm eligibility in writing. If they do not respond, we pick another winner as described in section 7. Stax will also announce the winner on Instagram and TikTok at @staxcash. The winner's first name, destination, and Stack progress may be shared on Stax social accounts and stax.cash.
10. General.
By entering you agree to these rules and to Stax's Terms and Privacy Policy. Stax may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. Stax may cancel or change the sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems make it unfair to run. These rules are governed by Florida law.
11. Platforms.
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. Entrants release each of these platforms and their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from all claims arising from this sweepstakes.
